Norman Brown — The staff was very professional, and Courteous at a most trying time for me and my Family, everything went great. I will be there also they couldn't do enough for us. Again my hats off the the funeral home and staff.

Michelle Wallace — I absolutely was so happy with everything Eastern Gates staff helped us with our Moms cremation. I felt like they really cared about our feelings and they were really sincere on everything they helped us with. It went smooth and they kept us informed about everything. Nice bunch of people.

Mootysgirl — We would never recommend this place to anyone. They messed up everything from the very beginning. All we wanted to do was have a smooth experience to cremate a loved one. We waited 3 weeks for the cremated remains to be returned to us. Despicable! No one even reached out to us to let us know the body... Read more was just sitting there for 3 weeks. Bad communication all the way around. Then when my sister went to pick up the
remains,the staff was fumbling around for a bag to put the box of remains in! Then never came back with one! So bad! Don't go here if you want to have a professional experience. We were mortified by this place. Terrible! Read less
